About Me
I believe that meaningful healing begins with creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted as your whole self. My approach to counseling is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that each person has the capacity for growth and change.
My training is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed perspective that considers the many dimensions of our lives—including our relationships, experiences, emotions, bodies, values, and the stories we carry about ourselves.

A Whole-Person Approach
My interest in counseling grew from a longstanding passion for mindfulness and whole-person wellness. Since 2021, I have been trained to facilitate classes and workshops in aerial yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, and energy work. I am also a Usui Reiki Master and have facilitated end-of-life energy work in hospice care settings. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the ways our emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual lives can intersect.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years working in marketing and communications. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the power of communication, storytelling, and human connection—skills that continue to inform my work as a therapist.
I believe that being a therapist also means remaining a student of life. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, hiking, riding motorcycles, meditating, traveling, and exploring the world with family and friends. I am naturally curious and continually interested in learning, growing, and discovering new ways of understanding ourselves and one another.

A Collaborative Journey
Beginning therapy can take courage. Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, relationship challenges, past experiences, questions about identity or purpose, or simply feel ready for something to change, you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as we explore what is happening in your life and what you want for your future. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of connection with yourself and the people around you.
