Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if your independence is important to you, so I commend you for seeking support! Although therapy may ask you to face difficult things, you don’t have to face them alone. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and centers on a biopsychosocial and systemic perspective, drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, Narrative Therapy, and DBT. I see you as a whole person shaped by relationships, family, health, culture, identity, and environment, not simply by what brings you to therapy. My goal is to work with you on what matters most to you, and tailor my care to suit you as an individual.

I enjoy working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, isolation, relationship or sexual well-being concerns, codependency, caregiving, aging and life transitions, chronic illness, and other challenging seasons of life. My healthcare background and bachelor’s degree in health counseling and psychology inform my commitment to collaborative, compassionate, and stigma-free care. LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, kink and sex-worker communities, veterans, first responders, retirees, and people of all backgrounds and identities are affirmed and welcome in my practice. Come as you are; I look forward to meeting you!
