Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you have spent a long time trying to navigate things on your own. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgemental space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being your authentic self.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I view therapy as a collaborative process. Rather than simply telling you what you should do, I hope to help you better understand your experiences, recognize patterns, identify your strengths, and develop tools that support the changes you want to make.

I am particularly interested in working with adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, codependency, emotional and behavioral challenges, trauma-related experiences and significant life transitions. I also have a growing interest in spirituality, identity, pregnancy and motherhood, and the ways these experiences can influence emotional well-being.

My previous experience includes working as a residential counselor with adolescents experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges and volunteering my time in a crisis-support setting. I bring curiosity, compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to meet each person where they are.
