I believe engaging in therapy is a courageous step towards the healing process. It is often difficult and uncomfortable sharing your deepest vulnerabilities with a stranger. I aim to create a safe, brave space where you feel valued, heard, and seen in ways that truly recognizes and honors those tender, and complex parts of you. I welcome a collaborative process and exchange where each person feels empowered to direct our time and process together. As each person is unique, I embrace a holistic approach which acknowledges the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit. I also incorporate a liberation health framework that interrogates the relationship of how our environments, society, culture and systems of power impact our lives and wellbeing.

I enjoy working with teens and adults that grapple with C-PTSD, mood disorders, life transitions, burn out, self esteem, identity work, body image, sexual orientation, identity, grief, and relationship and familial dynamics. I draw from Trauma Theory, Anti-oppressive Theory, Family Systems, and Attachment Theory. I embrace the therapeutic process in an exploratory creative way that infuses an eclectic mix of trauma informed tools such as psychoeducation, mindfulness, motivational therapy, narrative therapy, ACT, parts work, somatic and spiritually sensitive practices through a culturally responsive lens. These are all tools tailored towards you, enhancing your own personal growth and embodying your own personal power. The healing process is messy and challenging but with compassion and support, it can be the best gift you can give yourself.
