I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your specific needs. These approaches include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Above all else, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and am dedicated to working collaboratively with my clients.

I am currently a graduate student working on my final year of a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marquette University. Over the past 16+ years, I have built a successful career in professional client service with Deloitte, guiding Fortune 500 organizations in assessing and reducing their risk. During my professional career, I have also had unique opportunities to explore and foster my passion for serving and helping others. Whether using the mountains to instill a sense of independence, connection, and belonging among teens in Colorado, working with previously homeless adults with severe alcohol use disorder in Seattle, or working with AIDS orphans and street children at a secondary school in Tanzania, I have experienced the power of connection and purpose in people’s lives. Through these experiences, I have seen the impact that poor community support and untreated mental illness can have, the devastation that trauma can cause, and how powerful it can be when individuals are lifted up and supported on their mental health journey.

I am excited about working with you at Mindscape Counseling and I am committed to walking the journey with you towards connection, purpose, and fulfillment in your life.
