I believe counseling can be a place to slow down, get curious, and gently untangle the stories we’ve learned to tell about ourselves. In my work with clients, I aim to create a space that feels grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative—where you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am especially drawn to narrative and strengths-based approaches. I enjoy helping people explore how their experiences, relationships, and identities have shaped them, while also making room for new meanings, perspectives, and possibilities to emerge. I value creativity in the counseling process and welcome expressive approaches—such as metaphor, reflection, or storytelling—when they feel supportive and aligned for clients.
I am particularly interested in working with individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relational stress, and periods of uncertainty or change. I strive to meet clients with warmth, respect, and curiosity, honoring each person’s pace and lived experience.
As a counseling intern at Mindscape Counseling, I work under the supervision of licensed clinicians and collaborate closely with clients to provide ethical, evidence-informed care. My hope is to offer a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward lives that feel more authentic and meaningful to them.
