Autumn Alexander, AAC

I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impacts of trauma.

My clinical approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and authenticity. I believe that meaningful healing occurs within the context of safe and trusting relationships. With this in mind, I strive to meet each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences while supporting them in developing insight, strengthening resilience, and creating lasting, meaningful change.

I utilize a trauma-informed and developmentally responsive framework, drawing from evidence-based practices to tailor treatment to each client’s individual needs, goals, and stage of life. I am particularly attentive to creating an inclusive and affirming space that respects each client’s identity and lived experience.

Whether you are seeking support during a challenging period or pursuing long-term personal growth, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey.
